Messages that quote the exact sentence, give the page address, and point to the primary source that shows the current rule or notice are the ones that can be checked and corrected quickly by the writer.
2. Messages that are useful
- A factual error in a post, with the correct fact and the primary source that supports it.
- An outdated term, such as a name or label that a regulator or statute has since replaced.
- A broken link, with the page it appeared on and the link text.
- A question about a cited source, where the answer would help other readers.
3. What this site cannot do
- Dispute
- A complaint about a decision, a wager or an account held with any operator.
- Account help
- Assistance with registration, verification, deposits, withdrawals or closure of an account.
- Fund recovery
- Any step to recover money, and any request to act on a reader’s behalf.
This site is an information site. It is not a regulator, an operator or an adviser, and it cannot take up an individual case.
4. Handling
Comments are reviewed before they appear. Where a comment identifies an error, the post is corrected and the correction is noted in the post. Comments that name an operator, an account or a personal dispute are not published.
